At CPAP Machines Canada, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unwashed apparel items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain headwear and base layer items must remain sealed to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original bags with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any Canada Post location across the country.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
